Pretty or Pretty Ugly? These “Fierce” Shoes

These shoes give new meaning to the word “fierce.” A friend of mine sent me the photo yesterday and I must get your opinion, pretty or pretty ugly?

Wait, are those cherries for eyes?

I’d love to know who they are by….but, I assure you, it’s not because I would like to own them.   I’d just love to know what sort of brain thinks up an idea like this.
