Pretty or Pretty Ugly: A Sequin Celebratory Skirt-Suit

I’ve been feeling quite sparkly lately, maybe it’s because a little glitter and shine is so trendy, or maybe I’m just in a good mood…who knows?  But, I what I do know is that when it comes to sparkle and shine, less is more…less…is…more.

Case in point:  This sort of fuddy-duddy skirt-suit that would actually be quite conservative and blah if it wasn’t blinged out.  And, blinged out it is.

Just the jacket, worn with a great pair of skinny pants, a sexy cami and a great pair of boots, I get it.  The skirt worn alone with a simple top a pair of opaque tights and an awesome pair of platforms, for sure!  But all together?

Anyway, maybe I don’t get it…maybe everyone else but me wants to walk around looking like a disco ball.  Therefore, I must ask…do you think this outfit is Pretty or Pretty Ugly?
